Accommodation payment

The Amount for the accommodation deposit will be charged according to your chosen higher hotel category. Accommodation payment is composed from the accommodation deposit and accommodation balance (the difference between paid deposit and the total amount of the accommodation required - will be charged after March 19, 2007).

Example:

7 nights/single room at Hotel President (CZK 4 900 per night):
Accommodation deposit = CZK 4 500
Accommodation balance = CZK 29 800
Total accommodation payment = CZK 34 300

We would like to stress that the payment of the accommodation balance before your arrival is required according to Prague's hotels policy, when all hotels are overbooked and the full advanced payment for group conference reservations is required. However group conference reservation allows us to offer you special conference prices.

Any changes in hotel booking (after the payment of the accommodation balance) will be solved individually.

Cancellations: Reservations must be cancelled in writing by April 6 or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equivalent to the first night room rate. Check-in time at the hotel is 2:00 PM; Check-out: 12:00 (Noon).
