Those wishing to participate at EPG PRAGUE 2004 conference are kindly asked to fill in the REGISTRATION FORM and to pay the registration fee. To assist us in planning the conference, please return the Registration Form to Action M Agency (Registration Office) by fax or mail at your earliest convenience. The deadline for early registration is March 5, 2004.

REGISTRATION DESK

The registration desk will be located in the entrance hall of EPG Prague 2004 Conference:

Michna Palace (part of Tyrs House), UJEZD 450, Praha 1 - Mala Strana (entrance from Karmelitska Street ...please follow signs for EPG Prague 2004 Conference)- former Museum of the Czech Sokol Organisation

and you can have a look at www.mapy.cz typing UJEZD 450 and choose Prague location (the second option):

and will be open on Wednesday May 19, 2004 from 17:00 till 20:00 and every other day of the Conference on the EPG Prague 2004 Conference Site from 9.30 till 10.30.
