What should be in a Master Black Belt curriculum? Is it a matter of more depth on Black Belt topics, or different subject areas altogether? How are Master Black Belts certified? How do different organisations use Master Black Belts? As organisations mature in their deployment of Six Sigma, how should the role of Master Black Belts change? Is a Master Black Belt role a stepping stone to more senior positions in an organisation? What pitfalls have organisations found in using Master Black Belts effectively? How can Master Black Belts best be used to ensure the success of the Six Sigma deployment? How can Master Black Belts be better utilised in shortening project cycle times?
